Twilight Symphony Brings Candlelit Performances to Casa Loma – January 30 to March 7, 2026
Casa Loma is welcoming winter evenings with the return of its beloved Twilight Symphony at the Castle, an intimate candlelit musical series set inside Toronto’s most iconic landmark. It’s a season of intimate candlelit performances by the Casa Loma Symphony Orchestra, led by acclaimed Maestro Paolo Busato. The series officially begins on January 30 and runs every Friday and Saturday night through March 7.
This immersive experience invites guests to journey through the castle’s underground tunnel before taking their seats in the historic Carriage Room, where live orchestral performances unfold by candlelight in an intimate setting. With rotating musical themes ranging from classic rock to Broadway and opera, Twilight Symphony offers a refined yet accessible night out for music lovers, date nights, and cultural explorers alike.
Set within the storied walls of Toronto’s most iconic landmark, guests are invited to journey through the 800-foot tunnel beneath Austin Terrace, arriving at the historic Carriage Room in The Stables, where music unfolds by candlelight in an exclusive 150-seat setting.
“Twilight Symphony at the Castle is one of the most special experiences we bring to life at Casa Loma,” said Nick Di Donato, President and CEO of Liberty Entertainment Group. “The combination of live orchestral performance, candlelight, and historic surroundings creates something truly unforgettable. For Torontonians and visitors alike, it’s a chance to experience Casa Loma as both a cultural destination and an immersive night out.”
The Twilight Symphony guest experience offers cocktails at the Carriage Room bar, both pre-show and at intermission. For those who wish to partake in the ultimate experience at the castle or enjoy a romantic and unforgettable evening out, guests may purchase limited, pre-show VIP dinner packages ($250/pp, 5 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. seatings) for a prix fixe dinner at the castle’s award-winning dining destination, BlueBlood Steakhouse.
