“Long Winter” brings art, music and more to Gladstone Hotel – January 5, 2018
MUSIC FROM PEOPLE CITY
TORONTO’S MUSICAL UNDERGROUNDS
This all-ages, pay-what-you-can concert and exhibition includes a multi-room visual tour of select moments in Toronto’s alt-music history: subcultures, milieu, and happenings from 1970s to the present. Revisit our city’s DIY past alongside its most exciting emerging scenes.
This project is a part of Myseum Presents: Music from People City, a city-wide celebration of exhibits, events, and experiences that showcase how Toronto got its groove. An extended exhibit exploring “Toronto’s Musical Undergrounds” runs JAN 3 – JAN 6 in the Gladstone’s Gallery.
