The third annual Muskoka Queer Film Festival takes place virtually, March 18 to 20, 2022, featuring 14 amazing queer films from around the world. The event will be live-streaming via a private Facebook Group with film makers Q&As featured each day.

The goal of MQFF is to bring a queer brightness to Muskoka and to make diverse queer life more visible in the region. Aiming to show the public all the bright sides of queer life and to inspire and support the local LQBTQ+ community with positive role models. The Muskoka Queer Film Festival is a joint project of Muskoka Pride and Sanctuary Studios Inc.

The Judges Choice Award and the Audience Choice Award that will be granted to the best films as chosen by our panel of judges and YOU!.

Order your tickets here (pay what you can – $25 recommended donation) and you will be emailed a link to a private Facebook Group. Click the link to add yourself to the Facebook group and an admin will approve you. Your Pay-What-You-Can ticket gets you access to a weekend of 14 fantastic queer stories and director Q&As, broadcast LIVE in HD from Sanctuary Studios in Muskoka.

You can join the festival on any device but it is recommended using a laptop or desktop computer in order to benefit from the HD video and to participate in the interactive activities.
