Registration is now open for the Women’s Hockey Club of Toronto. Established in 1993, WHCT is the largest non-contact, non-slapshot, recreational, queer, ice-hockey League in Canada and will return to Saturday evening games at Moss Park Arena starting September 10, 2022 and running until the end of April.

WHCT is open to women (18 or over) who are lesbian, bisexual, queer, trans, two-spirited, nonbinary or allied. The League was first created in 1993 to offer safe space for gay and gay-positive women to play ice hockey, and in the 29 years since, WHCT has progressed to a League that welcomes two-spirit, trans and non-binary players as well.

All players are welcome regardless of skill level — beginners just learning to play, mid-range and experienced players. The Teams are set up each season and every attempt is made to balance the teams with a mixture of players from all ages and skill levels.

Registration is required and is $475 for the season. GOALIES ARE FREE! Players must be fully vaccinated and COVID protocols will be in place. Please visit whct.ca for the Pre-Season Letter, Registration Form, instructions and additional information.’
