ArtAttack! is back! Buddies in Bad Times Theatre annual fundraiser/live auction/art party returns with this year’s Homecoming theme. It’s about celebrating more than just art, as the organization honours the people that have supported them for over 45 years, with special guest performers Denim + Pythia, fresh off Canada’s Drag Race and Global All-Stars.
The annual event offers art aficionados and novices alike an exclusive chance to scoop up work by over 50 visual artists and enjoy an unforgettable night full of surprises. This year’s theme of Homecoming means it’s that time of year when we all come together to raise money and celebrate the longest running Queer theatre in the world – Buddies in Bad Times through their annual art auction / fundraiser / art party.
ArtAttack!’s live auction collection showcases the best in contemporary Canadian art and has been curated by four incredible curators – Emily Gove, Zachari Logan, Philip Leonard Ocampo,and Alison Postma. The legendary Keith Cole has returned to curate the Tuck Shop with a fantastic selection of artist works all for $100 or less! In addition, a Silent Auction table of curated experience packages means that there’s something for everyone! Hosted by the always entertaining and funny Paul Hutcheson.
Event Highlights:
