COLAGE unites people with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer parents into a network of peers and supports them as they nurture and empower each other to be skilled, self-confident, and just leaders in their collective communities. Whether you grew up with an LGBTQ+ parent or caregiver, identify as LGBTQ+ and are raising children, or are an LGBTQ+ prospective parent, join COLAGE at the Greater Toronto Central YMCA on June 1, 2025 for LGBTQ+ Families Day.There will be pull out workshops for youth and parents with time for connection, family shares, a discussion panel and games for the whole family to enjoy. 

Eloise Morrison, owner of Teach me To Fly Preschool, grew up with a gay father and recently discovered COLAGE– an organization that unites people with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer parents into a network of peers and supports them as they nurture and empower each other to be skilled, self-confident, and just leaders in our collective communities. 

Eden Oterholm is a project manager and lesbian parent. Her son has enjoyed attending COLAGE programming during Family Week in Provincetown and now Eden is pleased to be involved in growing COLAGE in Canada. Her commitment comes from seeing the positive impact of COLAGE on 2SLGBTQ families. Eden is also involved in her local school council, school board parent involvement committee and her local Queer Youth peer support group.

The event is free to attend. Please fill out a registration form for each attendee. If you’re registering as an adult queerspawn or prospective parent mark N/A under youth’s name.
